اورمو ایشچیلری : عدۀ زیادی از هموطنان گرامی به درخواست بیانیۀ شمارۀ یک، در مرکز فعالیتهای حیدربابا به تاریخ ( 12 آگوست 2012 ) گرد آمدند و با همدلی و سعۀ صدر، به هموطنان زلزله زدۀ خود در آذربایجان، مبلغ 2000 دلار نقد به "مؤسسه خیریه حمایت از مستمندان تبریز" و 200 دلار به "صلیب سرخ کانادا " تقدیم داشتند. تمام فعالیتها، به نام " کمیتۀ کمک رسانی به زلزله زدگان آذربایجان " انجام خواهد شد. در این گردهمائی، حضارمحترم، در مورد کمک رسانی فوری به زلزله زدگان آذربایجان نظریات زیر را ابراز داشتند:
الف- از طریق سازمان صلیب سرخ کانادا.
ب- از طریق کمک به مؤسسه خیریه حمایت از مستمندان تبریز. این موسسۀ خیریه بیش از 50 سال است به عنوان یک سازمان غیر دولتی و غیر انتفاعی و انسان دوستانه فعالیت می کند.
ت- ازطریق افرادی که مورد اعتماد شخصی یا گروهی شان می باشد.
نحوۀ دریافت کمک های مالی:
1- از طریق سازمان صلیب سرخ کانادا: کمک های دریافتی به صورت چک و به اسم صلیب سرخ کانادا دریافت خواهد شد. عزیزانی که تمایل به کمک نقدی دارنددرقبال مبلغ پرداختی رسید دریافت خواهند کرد. مبالغ نقدی به حساب صلیب سرخ واریز شده و رسید آن به همراه لیست کمک کنندگان از طریق نشریه حیدر بابا در ویژه نامۀ " کمک رسانی به زلزله زدگان آذربایجان " به چاپ رسیده و هر هفته در اختیار هموطنان قرارخواهد گرفت.
2- از طریق کمک به مؤسسه خیریه حمایت از مستمندان تبریز: کمک های دریافتی مستقیماً به حساب بانکی مؤسسه خیریه حمایت از مستمندان واریز شده و اسامی کمک گنندگان محترم به همراه رسیدِ مبلغ ارسالی در ویژه نامه هفتگی حیدربابا چاپ خواهد شد.
نکات مهم:
1- نشریه اطلاع رسانی حیدربابا به صورت هفته نامه منتشر خواهد شد و همه جزئیات کمک رسانی هموطنان جهت شفافیت فعالیتها در مجله چاپ خواهد شد. کسانی که مایل به نشر نامشان نباشند می توانند با نام مستعار یا با عدد خاصی که خود تعیین می کنند مبلغ اهدایی خود را در هفته نامه حیدربابا ملاحظه نمایند.
2- کسانی که بیش از بیست دلار کمک مالی بکنند می توانند از طریق رسیدهای دریافتی مبلغ کمک رسانی را از مالیات سالانه خود کسر نمایند.
3- کمک های دریافتی همه روزه از ساعت 10 صبح الی 9 شب در مرکز فعالیتهای حیدربابا جمع آوری خواهد شد. لطفا قبل از حضور در مرکز فعالیتهای حیدربابا تماس قبلی حاصل فرمایید. اعضای کمیته کمک رسانی به زلزله زدگان آذربایجان هرروز ازساعت 18 الی 21 درمرکز فعالیتهای حیدر بابا درخدمت هموطنان خواهند بود.

İkinci bildiri
Birinci duyuruda verdiyimiz bilgilərə əsasn, 12 August 2012 tarixində vətəndaşlar Heydər Baba qazetesinin deftərində bir araya gəldilər və Təbriz Müstəməndlərinə Yardım Cəmiyəti hesabına 2000 dolar nəqd pul, Canada Qızıl Xaçın hesabına isə 200 dolar çek olaraq yardım etdilər. Bu yardımlar Azərbaycan Dəprəm Komitəsi adına toplandı və daha da dəvam edəcək. Toplantıda dəprəmdən zərər görənlərə acil yardım çatdırmaq üçün aşağıdaki bəndlər üzərinə danışıldı:
A) Canada Qızıl Xaç Cəmiyəti yolu ilə yardım etmək.
B) Təbriz Müstəməndlərinə Yardım Cəmiyəti yolu ilə yardım yetişdirmək. 50 illik parlaq bir keçmişi olan bu cəmiyət devlətə bağlı olmadan insan sevər fəaliyyətlərinə Tebrizdə dəvam etdirir.
Mali Yardım toplama yolları:
1- Canada Qızıl Xaç Cəmiyəti yolu: Yardimlar Canada Qızıl Xaç Cəmiyəti adına yazılmış olan çəklər şəklində olacaq. Nəqd pul şəklində yardım etmək istəyən vətəndaşlara isə olunan yardım qarşılığında resid veriləcək. Qızıl Xaç Cəmiyəti hesabına yatırılan pulların residləri yardım edənlər listəsi ilə birlikdə Heydər Baba Qazetesi, Azerbaycan Dəprəm Komitəsi özəl sayısında yayımlanacaq.
2- Təbriz Müstəməndlərinə Yardım Cemiyəti Yolu: Gələn yardımlar cəmiyətin hesabına tökülüb, yardım edənlərin listəsi Heydər Baba Dərgisində yayımlanacaq.
Önəmli Nöktələr:
1- Heydər Baba həftəlik yayımlanıb, yardım bilgilərini bütün detaylı ilə açıq-aydın vətəndaşlarla paylaşacaq. Adlarının yayımlanmasını istəməyən yardım severler taxma ad yada öz seçdikləri bir rəqəm altında yardımlarının dərgide yayılmasını görə bilərlər.
2- İyirmi dolardan artıq yardım edənlərə illik gəlirlərinin vergisindən azaltmaq üçün resid veriləcək.
3- Yardımlar hər gün səhər saat 10'dan axşam 9'a qədər Heydər Baba dərgisinin dəftərində toplanacaq. Lütfən Heydər Baba dəftərinə gəlmədən öncə telefonla arayın. Azərbaycan Dəprəm Komitəsinin üzvləri hər gün 18-21 arası vətəndaşları daha artıq bilgiləndirmək üçün Heydər Baba dərgisinin dəftərində olacaqlar.

Azerbaijan (Iran) Earthquake Relief Committee August 13, 2012
Following two back to back earthquakes of August 11, 2012 in Azerbaijan region of Iran, on August 12, 2012, and in respond to the invitation of the A.E.R. Committee, many of the concerned citizens gathered in Heydarbaba Newspapers’ headquarters and along with giving their mandate to the Committee to organize the relief efforts, donated $2, 200 CAD to the A.E.R. Committee in which $2000 of this amount was designated to be sent to a local relief provider in Tabriz by the name of Mostamandan Charity Organization and $200 was designated to be given to the Canadian Red Cross. It is worth to mention that these donations were made prior to start of the A.E. R. Committee’s fundraising campaign.
During this general meeting, the concerned citizens mandated the committee to act as the following in the fastest and most efficient manner:
In order to have more than one option for donors, the A.E.R. Committee shall raise money and based on the preference of each donor use one of the two available channels to send the funds to the victims of the earthquake:
1-Canadian Red Cross,
2- The local charity organization in Tabriz by the name of Mostamandan Charity Organization (www. Mostamandan .ir) which is a well known and non-governmental humanitarian and charity organization engaged in humanitarian activities for more than fifty years.
How the Donations will be collected?
1- Those who chose to donate their money to Canadian Red Cross, should make their cheques payable to the Red Cross and provide their names and full addresses. Or they can pay cash to A.E.R. Committee and receive a receipt for it. The cash donations to A.E.R. Committee will be deposited in Canadian Red Cross’s Account periodically and the receipt along with the list of donors will be published in Special Editions of Heydarbaba Newspaper on weekly basis.
2- Those who chose to donate their money directly to the local charity organization in Tabriz (Mostamandan Charity Organization) will pay their cash donation to A.E.R. Committee and this Committee will send the donations to the charity organization in Tabriz and the list of individual donations, donors names/code names, and the amounts paid along with the proof of delivery will be published on Special Editions of Heydarbaba Newspaper on weekly basis.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1- As the printed tool of the A.E.R. Committee, Heyderbaba Newspaper will publish special edition volumes on weekly basis and in order of maximum transparency the details of donations and how and where they have been sent will be published. The donors can check these details under their names, nicknames or provided code numbers.
2- The donors who donate more than $20 CAD will receive receipts that might be used for tax deductions.
3- The potential donors can bring their monetary donations in Heydarbaba Newspaper’s headquarters from 10:00 AM to 9:00Pm. Also the members of the Azerbaijan Earthquake Relief Committee will be in this headquarters from 6:00PM to 9:00 Pm on daily basis.
